Privacy policy
Eron Ltd. ("Eron", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through eron.ca, email and WhatsApp, why we collect it and how you can control it. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Information you send us: your name, business name, email, phone number, business type, the services you are interested in and anything you write in our contact form, by email or on WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the website.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies on eron.ca.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To provide the services you sign up for and communicate with you about them.
- To keep our website secure and working properly.
We only send marketing emails if you have clearly agreed to receive them, and every such email lets you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, under appropriate safeguards:
- Cloudflare for website hosting and security.
- FormSubmit, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp.
- Google, which provides our email service.
Some of these providers may store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing info@eron.ca. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
